What To Do If The Lights Go Out
If your power goes out, we suggest that you first look and see if your neighbor's power is also out. If it is not, you may wish to check your home power panel to determine if a fuse has blown or a circuit breaker has tripped. If neighboring houses have also lost power, look to see if there are any trees or branches on the lines, or if there are any down wires, flashes of light, or other signs of power system damage. Do not touch or attempt to move any electric lines or objects that are in contact with electric lines.
