The Town of Winterville has several departments, each dedicated to its own specific responsibilities.In all, there are 11 departments, which include Administration, Electric, Finance, Fire Rescue EMS, Human Resources, Inspections / GIS, Parks and Recreation, Planning, Police, and Public Works.  These departments perform the day to day duties of the Town.
