Trash only routes will run the week of September 30^th

• Please review the maps linked here for your updated collection days and routes.

• NO RECYCLING routes will run the week of September 30^th; next recycling routes will run the week of October 4^th. See trash and recycling calendar.

• Trash containers will be picked up on designated day of the week. Put out the container the night before your pickup day. (Container Placement)

• Please review the changes to what can be recycled. Many of the items that are thrown in the recycling container are not allowed and will be considered contamination by the recycling processor. It is important to include only the allowed items in your recycling container. Never place trash in your recycling container.

The Town appreciates your patience and assistance in getting through this process and making it a success.

• If you still have a “Blue” recycling container, please call Public Works at (252)-756-2221 Ext. 2412 to be put on the list to get the new “Green” recycling container. Please encourage your neighbors to do the same.
