NOTICE OF EMERGENCY MEETING

The Town Council for the Town of Winterville will meet in an Emergency Meeting on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. in the Executive Conference Room to discuss the following:

(1)  Approval of a lawsuit against Suddenlink Communications and Willis Cable Construction, Inc. regarding damage to Town sanitary sewer collection system.

An Emergency Meeting has been called by the Town because the issue to be considered concerns generally unexpected circumstances which require immediate consideration by the Town Council.
